Users not able to connect through command line

We have BitBucket connected (with all our Atlassian Products) to SSO through Centrify. We have some users who can access our Repos through a browser, but when they try to clone (or push, or any other action) via command line, they are refused with an authenticated failed connection. Users have tried using SSH keys and the problem persists.
