Branch merge shows We couldn't load the diff

We have a master branch and uat branch.

We created a branch (test_location_pinning) from master and made some changes. On creating pull request to master, it shows diff. But creating a PR to uat is not showing any diff. It shows the below message

We couldn't load the diff
If you'd like to continue, you can still create the pull request without seeing the diff.
