Limit the access to those who are part of SSO/SAML only

Like it is done in Jira/Confluence, I would like to be able to ensure that only the users that belong to my organization/domain are allowed to have access to the workspaces that I own on Bitbucket.

This functionality would enforce that:

1. Only the users with the email address that matches my organization/domain are allowed to have access to my workspace/shared workspace.
2. Forks and branches are allowed to be done, however, its content cannot be shared with third-parties and, only the users in my organization/domain are able to view and edit.
