Add "Docker" as selectable language in Settings > General Details for repositories

I have some repositories that contain only a Dockerfile and a bitbucket-pipelines.yml for building and pushing an image (used as base image or pipeline image for other repositories). Setting the language of these repositories to "Docker" seems reasonable to me.

If you are asking yourself if "Docker" is a language: Dockerfiles are clearly written in a domain specific language. I don't know it's name, but "Docker" is a good fit
