The v2 fileshistory API 500s sometimes if there history of a file contains copy commits

The v2 filehistory can result in exceptions being thrown if the history of the file being queried contains commits where the file was copied from one place to another. This should be fixed in Bitbucket so that the exceptions stop occurring and the filehistory can be queried.
