pipeline fails

    Description

      Hi,

      since today 09.10.2018 my Pipeline fails after apt-get upgarde on a docker build.
      The docker build fails with

      Errors were encountered while processing:
      makedev

      On-premise and in our AWS environment the docker build is successful.
