Ability to check bounced activation email

Currently, admin or the user has no way to find out why they are not receiving an activation email and has to reach out to support. So it'd be best if the customer can check and confirm why their email is bounced etc.

Also, it would be great to get a feedback in the frontend that the email address is blocked and provide a feature to unblock the email address.
