Unable to push after upgrading to paid plan (402 error)

There is currently a bug with the previous plan's cache being tied to HTTPS. As a workaround, you can try pushing with SSH and it should work.

The old cache lasts about 24 hours after the plan has changed, so it should work just fine after that.
