Default reviewers for fork repositories come from the base repo instead of the fork

When creating a PR on Bitbucket you would while on a fork, the default reviewers of this PR will be the same ones as the users which are the default reviewers of the base repo.

For example:
Repo lllllfork is a for of lllll
Gabriel is the default reviewer of lllll:

Cassiano is the default reviewer for lllllfork:

If I attempt to create a PR for lllllfork, Gabriel will be my default reviewer and Bitbucket will ignore the fact that Cassiano is the default reviewer:
