My account seem to be have problem to identify

Dear Bitbucket,
I am a really open-mind developer and really love this application but I have some problem with my account (I just created it a minutes before this mail).
And you can see the issues in the pictures below. I think that your system has lowercase my email account name (just guess).

Please take a look at this issue please, cause it is prevent me to login into this awesome application
