Files created on web interface seem OK from Source and Commits panes, but refuse to show up when clicked

I created 2 java files on the web interface by copy pasting code from my local chromebook. When I click on <>Source the files are listed. When I click Commits both the commits and their messages are listed. However when I click on the file hyperlink from the Source Pane to view its contents, I get this
Hmm... can't find that one
That file or directory doesn’t exist. Go back to the previous page and try another one.
