When running on node alpine images, we are getting following error:

Unable to save binary /opt/atlassian/pipelines/agent/build/node_modules/node-sass/vendor/linux_musl-x64-57 : { Error: EACCES: permission denied, mkdir &#x27;/opt/atlassian/pipelines/agent/build/node_modules/node-sass/vendor&#x27;

Adding a temp hack of unset NPM_CONFIG_USER solves the problem, but this shouldnt be done like that.
