self-approving pull request should be visible in the list like other reviewer approves

In our workflow a self-approved pull request is ready for review by the other reviewers. It is tedious to click through a list of all the pull requests to see which ones are ready or adding [WIP] or other notes to the pull request title to make it manageable.

The easiest solution would be adding the checkmark the other reviewers get to the authors icon in front of the pull request to make it clear which ones are self-approved and ready for review.
