git pull - Failed to connect to bitbucket.org port 443

I am trying to pull from bitbucket repo and merge into exsiting production directory, getting follwing error

fatal: unable to access 'https://waqaar-techmatters@bitbucket.org/dhavalvmakvana/server.git/': Failed to connect to bitbucket.org port 443: Connection timed out

here are the command and respective outputs, Please help us resolve this issue

we are using ubuntu 16.04
