Present a commit range environment variable for pipeline

      On pull requests its a great feature to have the commit range as an environment variable like your competitors have (e.g. travis-ci: TRAVIS_COMMIT_RANGE https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/environment-variables/#Default-Environment-Variables).

      This will e.g. help the integration of php-cs-fixer.

            I would love this feature too. Right now we are validating all commits instead of only the new commits, using commitlint. For now its workable, but as the project grows this will take longer and longer.

            If I can do something like npx commitlint --from $BITBUCKET_COMMIT_START, I can only validate the new commits :smile:
