Pipelines fail with 'RPC error' at start of the build.

      Intermittently, at the start of a pipelines build, it would fail with the following error. Re-running the build would be successful. Sometimes re-running would also produce the same error.

      Error : rpc error: code = Canceled desc = context canceled
