Custom pipelines environment variables dialog

It would be nice to have modal to input some environment variables values when user runs custom pipeline manually.

In my case there could be some custom pipeline "deploy", which creates a new instance of my web application, and I would like to have modal to input domain for it before pipeline runs.

Maybe this behaviour could be appliable to other cases.
