Pull requests no longer update automatically

Previously, when a remote branch received new commits, any open pull requests with that branch as it source would update automatically to include the new commits.

Now, when a branch is updated the pull request shows a popup box over the "Edit" button saying the PR needs to be updated.

Not sure what the reasoning is for this, but our whole team would love to see this functionality restored.
