Two files with the same name in the same folder

Hi. I have an issue regarding duplication files into one folder (e.g. Modal.js and modal.js), just first capital letter.
When I do pull - I see only one file (on my Windows machine). I can not remove this duplication files remotely (see attached screenshot).
Please help.
