Fatal error: bitbucket.org: Name or service not known

Cannot run git fetch and pull ssh.
Giving an error:** Could not resolve hostname bitbucket.org: Name or service not known fatal: Could not read from remote repository.
Please make sure you have the correct access rights and the repository exists.**
I did ping bitbucket.org returns the same error "ping: bitbucket.org: Name or service not known"
I restarted the server but still can't get working. Any idea?

This is happening on my production server, and holding me back from getting my job done. Any help on this is much appreciated.
