Allow users, or team admins the ability to remove the Trello integration at the account/team level.

Currently, the only way to remove/hide the Trello integration from repositories, is to turn it off on a repo by repo basis. For teams, or users with many repos, this can be a time consuming process. Also, some teams use JIRA, and have no need to ever use the Trello integration across their repositories.
