Issue Tracker - Add Fields - Parse Fields

For large or complex projects, BitBucket makes it very hard to organize issues with enough granularity. This can be greatly improved by:

1. Keeping Issue number as a separate field (not adding a number to the front of an issue name)
2. Adding custom fields user can use to break down the issue area (see below)
