In our bitbucket organisation, we've create a team with a lots of members.

The users that have team administrator permissions can go to the project tab and see all team projects
The users that do not have that permission, get the error

"You don't belong to any teams. Want to organize your repos into projects? Join a team first!"
Eventough they are part of the team and visible in the members tab.

They can access project specific pages by going to the repository tab and clicking the project name there

Workaround:

1. Grant the user Administrator access to the team account OR;
2. Grant the user access to create repositories under the team account
