Accent Issue with UTF-8 Encoding

Please add the feature so we can add the encoding we need, as we currently have the issue with some characters that are not being displayed correctly due the UTF-8 Encoding,

This is an import matter as we strongly believe that this issue will encourage people and projects to move to other Git control software in order to solve the encoding issue
