Summary

Creating a page in a wiki's folder, doesn't allow the user to 'Preview' or select the Language of the page

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a wiki in a Bitbucket repo
2. Clone the wiki
3. Create a folder and a file within that folder in the wiki clone
4. Commit, and push to the Bitbucket wiki
5. Open the wiki in Bitbucket UI
6. Navigate to its files
7. Open the folder
8. Select Create page from the top right corner

Expected Results

The 'Content' field in the 'Create wiki page' offers the option to select the page's language, and also to 'Preview' :
