Pipelines URL in PR Activity is broken

Pipelines shows the following entry in the Activity tab on a PR. However the link "In progress" leads to

https://bitbucket.org/%7Brepo_owner%7D/%7Brepo_slug%7D/addon/pipelines/home#!/results/

I've replaced the result id but the rest is as-is from the URL so needless to say it doesn't work
