Customer Request: Repositories migration tool from Bitbucket Server to Bitbucket Cloud

Problem Definition

Import repository feature in Bitbucket Cloud is not sufficient when there're hundreds of repositories need to migrate to Bitbucket Cloud.
And there's no tool that allows users to migrate their repositories from Bitbucket Server to Bitbucket Cloud easily.

The same can be said regarding the user management, as it is necessary to re-invite the users from Bitbucket Server to Cloud, one-by-one
