The PR diff API endpoint's 301 redirect location should retain query parameters

Because right now if you hit

$ curl -L https://api.bitbucket.org/2.0/repositories/foo/bar/pullrequests/10585/diff?context=1

The context param gets lost in the redirect and so you get too much unified context output.
