Display informative message while waiting for the build to start

When I wait for a build to launch (i.e. state is Pending), a message in the log window stating that Pipelines is waiting for the resources to become available (or similar) would be helpful. Right now there is no indication whether something in the view is broken (e.g. did I loose my internet connection?) or if it's just waiting.
