Link to branch-page from within commit

Hi,

We're using the diff view of a branch for a code review.
I was wondering if it's possible to add a link to the branch page from within the commit page.
Now when you mention the issue name in the commit message, you'll be taken to Jira and when you press the "hotfix/..."-link, you'll be taken to an overview of all commits.
We'd like to see a button to direct-link to the page where we could see the diff-view of the current branch in which the commit has been made.
