link page header that's below breadcrumbs

Perhaps this is too specific to my screen size, or I'm not seeing an easy workaround/setting (if not, please let me know).

My laptop resolution is 768 high, and when doing stuff on my Issues tracker, each time I want to get back to the main Issues page, I have to scroll down the left panel area to be able to see the "Issues" link (see attached screenshot, note that part of the navigation is out of view). It's a small (but repetitive) annoyance.

I had originally thought there would be a link to the main page in the breadcrumbs, or that the header / title below the breadcrumbs itself would itself be a link (fine if it's still black and just underlined on hover).
