Description
I had finally set up everything so that people could mostly self organize as soon as they were in a group with the right permissions. Create repo's, fork, manage them, create wiki's etc. I think it is not necessary that an administrator controls every little detail of a team, if a team is perfectly able to manage that themselves.
With the introduction of the new Projects however, I once again have a set of work on my plate (the creation and further management of 'projects' that I wasn't really waiting for...
Please make it possible for:
- Groups to create new projects
- Groups to add and remove 'their' repositories to projects
And yes of course I could add one more person to the group of admin's, but that's not the point. It's about centralization vs decentralization of power. Management vs self empowerment.
