Display feedback when loading branch/tag lists on repo overview

When I enter repository page, I want to see the list of branches. But it takes time to load it to the page, which I don't mind. The problem that there is no indication that it is loaded or not loaded. So I had to click for several seconds, to check whether it was loaded or not.

So if I have hundreds of branches - it takes time to deliver them from server, which is reasonable. The thing which would work for me - is to add a spinning wheel or some indicator, that shows, that branches list is still loading, so I won't have to click several times to check whether list is available or not yet. It's only a UX question. Technically it works perfect.
