Bitbucket not working

Hello,
after bitbucket went back from total unavailability, I keep getting such errors :

ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.
Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.

Our Jenkins jobs are blocked too because of such errors.

Could you please inform us when everything is back to normal ?
