All issue tracker comments need manual approval (BB-12680)

Since a few weeks ago, all comments that are submitted to the S3QL issue tracker seem to require my manual approval before they become publically visible.

This is obviously rather annoying. It would be great if the spam-filter could become less restrictive, or if there was a way to opt-out.
