no PowerShell language type for Snippets

When creating a project, there's a language type for 'PowerShell', however, there doesn't seem to be one for 'snippets'. Does Snippets use the same language types as repos / projects do?

Also, what about adding 'awk' and 'sed' as language types? Especially for snippets, I can imagine folks putting in tools with this.
