Inline images on repo issue tracker can't be expanded to show full resolution, (BB-11332)

How to reproduce:

1. Attach an image file into the description field inline and save the issue.
2. Images attached cannot be clicked to show in full resolution on popup.

Expected behaviour:

• Images attached on issue description and comments should be clickable, to open a popup to show image file in full resolution.
