Building changesets with large number of commit files causes Bamboo to run out of memory

    Description

      Bamboo holds the CommitFiles in memory before saving the build.
      If you have a lot of changes (merging a brance or SVN:Externals) in the changeset(s) then Bamboo runs out of memory very quickly
      We should limit the number of files stored in memory.
