Document and make public how arguments with space can be quoted in Task fields

      The most common case is the following where double quotes would be removed by the Bamboo parser. For this case, single quotes need to be used when passing values in a Task Goal/Target/Argument field:

      -Dtest.prop='test test123' deploy
