Documentation: Need to document that the crowd.properties and atlassian-user.xml in the old directories are no longer used after upgrade

After upgrade the "crowd.properties", "atlassian-user.xml" and "crowd-ehcache.xml" files will still be on the old "BAMBOO/webapp/WEB-INF/classes" folder. However, changing them no longer take effect.
