Help icon in Schedule Editor dialog links to non-existing Confluence page

      The help icon in the Schedule Editor leads to a Confluence page that does not exist.

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Edit a build plan
      • Switch to "Source Repository" settings tab
      • Change "Build Strategy" to "Cron Based Scheduling"
      • Edit the cron schedule below to open the "Schudule Editor" dialog window.
      • Click the "help" icon
