Artifact transfer from agents fails after upgrading to Bamboo 3.0/3.1

We changed the artifact storage directory in Bamboo 3.0. They are now stored in <Bamboo home>/artifacts and if the directory doesn't exist the artifact transfer will fail.

Workaround

Create <Bamboo home>/artifacts directory manually and restart Bamboo.

(I think it happens if there are no existing artifacts to be moved into new artifact storage.)
