Windows: Path env variable wrongly rewritten as PATH during build

Since Bamboo 3.1, when an Ant task runs, the "Path" environment variable get rewritten as:

PATH=<Java bin path>;<contents of the %Path% variable>

The problem is that this creates two versions of the "Path" variable (Path and PATH), which causes problems with some Windows executables (suc as WSPBuilder.exe) run from the Ant script.

The Path variable should be rewritten as "Path" instead.
