Artifact sharing doesn't work Perforce managed workspaces

ArtifactManager.retrieve method implementations (or rather BuildDirectoryManager.getBuildWorkingDirectory(PlanKey planKey)) do not take into account the fact that source can be located outside the regular build directory (ie Perforce when "Let Bamboo manage your workspace" is turned off.
