Current Activity not always showing builds in progress

    Description

      The builds currently running are not all being displayed at the Building section of the Current Activity Dashboard.

      It is not a javascript problem, since opening http://localhost:8085/build/admin/ajax/getDashboardSummary.action is also failing to provide the Json data for all the builds.

      Other parts of Bamboo are able to provide the data even if they come from the same source (ie. the Job page is showing progress without problem).
