Often on tardigrade you see all the jobs have "No agent can run this job." because our builds only build on ec2, and the agents are spawned on demand. It would be great if it was a bit smarter. e.g. "This build can be built on ec2 but not agents are currently online." and a non-ec2 case: "This build can be built on 2 agents but they currently disabled"
