Deletion of logged in user causes wierd logged in state.

If you delete a user who is currently logged in. The UI looks like the person is logged out. But Bamboo behaves as though you are logged in. (e.g. You click the log in link because it looks like your logged out, but then you don't get the login page, cause the system already thinks your logged in and there is no log out link so you can't change what the system thinks).
