Foreign key constraint when running a chain on an old database

You may get a foreignkey constraint when a chain is executed

This applies to databases which were created when chain results were not stored in the BRS table but its own table. The chain_stage_result table has a constraint with the chain_result table. But we no longer put things in the chain_result table so the constraint is not met and saving of the results fails.
