Builds say they are queued, but are not in the queue.

On beac at the moment there are a number of builds that have been triggered (both manually and from schedule) that say they are queued on the "All Plans" page, but they are not included in the queue on the "Current Activity" page.

Presumably this means that they will never run until someone takes some intervention.
