Usability: Bamboo UI 'strongly recommends' users to disable all agents when moving build plans

    Description

      I was moving build plans to a different project on BEAC, and the text on screen gave the following:

      It is strongly recommended that you ensure that all agents are disabled before you perform the move. Disable all agents

      I clicked on this, expecting that there would be an easy way to re-enable all the agents after I had finished moving my plan. But here wasn't.

      Either:

      • The UI should include an "Are you sure you want to do this" screen, with a warning and explanation of what will happen
      • There should be an easy step after the move to re-enable the agents
      • The recommendation shouldn't be given at all, and Bamboo should just enforce that only disabled builds can be moved
